About me.

As a Mixed-Methods UX Researcher, I'm passionate about making a positive impact in the community through empathetic and accessible design. With a BS in Psychology and a background in both generative and evaluative research, I bring a unique perspective to the field of UX research.

While obtaining my B.S. I conducted quantitative research on empathy and creativity. In addition, I interned at a substance abuse counseling center co—facilitating group therapy and worked as a behavioral technician with children on the autism spectrum.

I started to gain experience in user research in the non-profit sector before transitioning into education and SaaS for both B2C and B2B. I have experience conducting qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research. In addition, I have experience in influencing product strategy and operations.

In my spare time you can find me cleaning up the local beaches, hiking, cooking, practicing yoga, and watching bad scary movies.

My Values

  • Commitment to growth

Having a commitment to growth means dedicating oneself to a continuous process of self-improvement and learning. It involves being open to new ideas and experiences, seeking out challenges and opportunities for development, and persisting in the face of setbacks and obstacles. I am not afraid to get scrappy, ask questions, or fail. Everything is a learning opportunity to be the best version of my self.

My favorite book? Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty

  • Commitment to making the world a better place

Having a commitment to make the world a better place involves taking deliberate actions to contribute positively to society and the environment. It means recognizing the impact of our choices and behaviors on the world around us. I believe that we can make an impact with products and I have seen it in action through the teams where I served as the Lead UX Researcher for the Conviction Vacation Project & The Serious Type.

How do I make an impact in my community?

I volunteer with organizations like Feeding America and clean-up the beaches with our local organization Beaches Go Green.

  • Commitment to having a flexible mindset

From the non-profit industry to small tech start-ups, I am great at staying on my toes and anticipating business needs. I can adapt quickly and I’m always ready for a new challenge.

If you were to ask anyone to describe me in one word, it would be resilient.
